Mike Sanderhoff Ð Master TechnicianMike Sanderhoff - Master Technician
Mike has 14 years experience as a certified BMW technician, Shop Foreman and Service Manager. He is ASE, Advanced Level Diagnostic and Virginia DEQ certified. Mike is also interested in alternative fuels.


Ivan Tozev - Master TechnicianIvan Tozev - Master Technician
Ivan has 26 years of experience in the automotive industry. He became a BMW Master Mechanic in his home country of Bulgaria. Since moving to the U.S. in 2000, Ivan has settled with his family in Springfield. While expanding his expertise to include Mercedes Benz and BMW's, Ivan will work on anything that needs repair at Eurasian Service Center.


Chi Sing Ng - Master TechnicianChi Sing Ng - Master Technician
Chi's 8 years of experience in the automotive industry has taken him from New England to Arizona before parking his car in Northern Virginia 2 years ago. Chi was involved with a Porsche club and traveling series race team while frying his brain in the southwestern sun. He has taken jobs repairing all things mechanical and has come to specialize in Audi and VW.


Steve Neal Ð Master TechnicianSteve Neal - Master Technician
Steve has 7 years experience as a Certified Master Mercedes Benz technician. He graduated from the Universal Technical Institute in 2003, and then completed the Mercedes Benz Elite Program in 2004.

Service Appointments
All service is by appointment only. We do accept walk-in service for emergency situations.
Rental Cars
We provide rental cars at corporate rates via Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Please notify your Service Advisor that you will be needing a rental car at the time you make your appointment.
Towing
In the event your vehicle needs towing, call T&T Towing @ (703) 795-9659. Your Service Advisor can arrange this or you may contact them directly.
Warranty
All service work is covered by our exclusive 12 Month / 12,000 Mile Eurasian Advantage Warranty.
Early Bird and Night Drop Service
For the convenience of our early morning and late night service customers, we offer a night drop. The drop box is located next to the overhead door in front of our facility. Please follow the instructions on the drop envelope.
Shuttle Service
We offer complimentary scheduled shuttles locally within the Tysons Corner area and to the West Park Transfer Station. Shuttles are available between 8:00AM and 4:30PM Monday through Friday. Please let your Service Advisor know that you will need a shuttle when making your service appointment.
