About Us


		Mark Neely - President Mark became a Mercedes Benz Master Technician as a teenager. After 11 years at Euro Motorcars and 6 years at HBL, he opened Eurasian Service Center in 1992. Mark is a hands-on owner whose hard work and accurate and honest diagnoses has allowed the business to grow and prosper.


		Silvia Neely – Marketing Director Silvia is also in charge of customer relations for Eurasian Service Center. E-mail her if you have any comments, need information about the company or just want to let us know you had a great experience.


		Rob Salerno - Vice President Rob began his career in the automotive industry at ESC in 1994. While managing overall shop growth and productivity, Rob has also created a relaxed, professional workplace for employees and customers alike. He enjoys being part of a team working towards a common goal and being surrounded by good, hard working, successful people. Rob currently resides in Arlington.

Hours of Operation Monday-Friday 7:30AM to 6:00PM

Service Appointments All service is by appointment only. We do accept walk-in service for emergency situations.

Rental Cars We provide rental cars at corporate rates via Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Please notify your Service Advisor that you will be needing a rental car at the time you make your appointment.

Towing In the event your vehicle needs towing, call T&T Towing @ (703) 795-9659. Your Service Advisor can arrange this or you may contact them directly.

Warranty All service work is covered by our exclusive 12 Month / 12,000 Mile Eurasian Advantage Warranty.

Early Bird and Night Drop Service For the convenience of our early morning and late night service customers, we offer a night drop. The drop box is located next to the overhead door in front of our facility. Please follow the instructions on the drop envelope.

Shuttle Service We offer complimentary scheduled shuttles locally within the Tysons Corner area and to the West Park Transfer Station. Shuttles are available between 8:00AM and 4:30PM Monday through Friday. Please let your Service Advisor know that you will need a shuttle when making your service appointment.
